Appointments can be made by phone or email between 10am - 9pm (GMT) Mon - Fri. Calls can be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All email, voice and text messages are answered within 24 hours, unless specified otherwise.

Fees are based on a sliding scale ranging from £40 per session depending on whether individual or couple sessions, income, affordability, time and location of the appointment.  

All booked appointments are pre-payed and refund can only be made with a clear 48 hour notice with a 10% admin fee deduction.
